The H-18A is an automatic horizontal band saw providing accurate 90° metal cutting for medium to heavy-duty applications.

The H-18A cuts fast, with its high-speed shuttle feed indexing up to 34″ in a single movement. Its standard split front vise delivers a short material remnant length, reducing material waste.

Featuring an 18″ x 18″ capacity, 10 HP motor, and 1 1/2″ blade, the H-18A is a reliable choice for all your horizontal metal cutting applications.

DDF allows the operator to control feed rate and feed force, more efficient cutting. Dual down feed lets the operator control the Feed Rate and Feed force independently, giving him more control for more efficient cutting

Dual Down Feed

Full height full stroking vises, allows you to operate the vises faster and hold large pieces better. Full height vises allow you to hold large objects more efficiently, like I-beams. Full stroking vises mean you don’t have to manually change the position of the vise operator.

Full Height, Full Stroking Vises

Split front vises reduce burrs and allow for holding thin pieces close to the blade on both sides. The blade passes through the vise and the vise holds the workpiece on both sides at the same time, also reduces burrs and allows you to split short pieces that you could not do with a standard vise.

Split Front Vises

Two-handed control for safety, the two button control on the head and the vises, ensures that the operator’s hands are not in the cutting or vise area during machine operation.
